• Prepare monthly routine journal entries for accrual, prepayment, fixed assets & balance sheet schedules
• Review intercompany transactions and ensure intercompany transaction is tally across the books
• Maintain the general ledger by checking batch edit lists before final posting
• Periodic posting of respective batches after verifying edit lists.
• Prepare consolidated month-end group reporting packages
• Prepare GST filing
• Assist to liaise with corporate secretary for statutory filing
• Liaise with auditor / tax agent during year-end financial audit
• Prepare the required audit schedules for year-end audited financial statement
• Ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy in deliverables
• Any other adhoc assignments

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with all the relevant stakeholders to translate the operational requirements into effective and efficient solutions.
• Work as a product development team to collectively manage the product development lifecycle from system design, development testing, and production.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on hardware design, FPGA VHDL and embedded system design (ARM SoC) preferred
• Knowledge on electronics hardware design and development
• Possess experience in product development lifecycle.
• Understand time-critical and system interface design, and know how to optimize resources to the utilization and power requirement
• Programming skills/experience in C/C++ preferred
• Soft skills – Problem Solving, Communication and Teamwork Skills
• Work location: Jurong East
