· Possess Professional Certificate/NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in M&E construction industry not limited to shopping complexes, hotels, condominiums, office buildings, etc.

· Analytical, resourceful, independent, responsibility and able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment

· Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
