Job duties and responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal departments’ personnel on project related activities.
• Coordinating with Site personnel for updates regarding the work in progress and updating the Client.
• Assist to liaise with customers on job matters.
• Assist to monitor manpower planned for the job tasks and the actual do not deviate and to compile timely report of deviations for discussion at the Management level.
• Assist to monitor the tools, equipment and materials planned for the various projects for their availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor departments’ productivity indicators and to compile report for HODs and Management perusal and follow-up actions.
• Monitor progress of the project according to plan schedule to meet deadlines.
• Compile Work Instructions for all the jobs.
• Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/diploma holder in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 1-year experience as Planner in Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas Sector.
• Knowledgeable in MS Access, MS Office
• With interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and negotiating skills.
• Can work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve key components of the technology stack in high-paced, high-impact real-world projects.
• Apply the technology on real-work and high-impact client projects.
• Maintain high code quality standards and be accountable for the work delivered.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computing, Science or Engineering with 2 years+ of software development experience.
• High proficiency with Python is a must. Experience in C, C++, Rust or other programming languages is a plus.
• Good aptitude at abstract thinking and problem solving. Good understanding of complex algorithms and data structures.
• Experience is required with essential development tools such as Git, Linux Shell Scripting, Vim/Emacs, etc.
• Experience with parallel computing, system programming, full-stack development, web development can be a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with high expectations.
