1. Ensure that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before the installation begins.
2. Deliver all tools required for the fitting including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and ladder on time and in the exact numbers as mentioned in the list.

The system engineer is responsible for providing M365 related technical support to users through the analysis and resolution of technical incidents and service requests.

The role also required to be involved in all escalated customer issues where required to provide a positive business outcome.
