• Follow up promptly on corrective maintenance works to minimize downtime and maintain a safe environment.
• Manage and supervise planned and corrective maintenance programmes for electronic directory boards and speed advisory signs to ensure systems are in good working condition.
• Manage and supervise planned slope inspection programmes and analyze service report to pick up potential slope failure tell-tale sign and take quick remedial actions to mitigate.
• Manage user’s request, understand the requirements, develop work proposals and estimate associated costs. Oversee procurement of services, supervise work progress and ensure materials and workmanship meet standards. Review and track site progress through meetings and inspections to meet user’s project completion timeline.
• Identify improvement works, maintenance needs and cyclical maintenance programmes and derive budget required for new Financial Year.

In this position you will join our Singapore Infrastructure business, where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of building and infrastructure projects.

• Assisting in the delivery of notable Transport and Infrastructure projects to meet deadlines.

• Prepare project drawings for submission to clients.

• Revision of work plans in consultation with other C&S drafters & Engineers.

• Generate documentation, coordinate drafting work, and establish drafting standards specific to Singapore regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a regular update of proper register and filing of all project drawings according to the Company’s standards and procedures.

• Coordinate with relevant parties, such as project managers, to send updates and revisions of drawings.

• A consistent & stable working history within similar engineering consulting environment/s, with proficiency in MicroStation & AutoCAD. BIM & Revit skills will be an advantage.

• Min 5 - 8 years in drafting experience in civil infrastructure and construction projects.

• Strong knowledge on road, drainage and sewer alignment, utilities diversion, tree felling, paving and reinstatement drawings, C&S structural systems and detailing.

• Familiar with the submission requirements to the local authorities. Possess good understanding of Singapore code of practices, rules and regulations for construction industry.

• Able to work both independently and as a team member and have strong time management skills.
