• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience as a Personal Assistant or Company Secretary
• Outstanding organizational and time management / Good Communication skills
• Honest, responsible, good in problem solving skill
• An ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent Discretion and confidentiality
• Independent management capability, organizing ability and handling stress ability are needed
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin Speaking Clients, Business Partners, Government and other organizations
• Must be Fluent in Chinese in order to communicate with CEO and his family members
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel spreadsheet and excellent computer skills
• Willing to do OT when required
• Able to work on alternate Saturday(s) and work irregular hours (including public holidays) - only when required
