Finance Executive Job Description

• Handle full set of Accounts for monthly and yearly financial and management reporting including preparing the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
• Perform month-end closing
• Process payments, cheques, online payment batches and staff claims
• Perform invoicing
• Prepare quarterly GST statement
• Assist in Annual budgeting
• Handle fixed assets registry
• Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or any related field
• Min. 1-2 years’ experience in full sets of accounts.
• Working knowledge of Xero and SAP would be a good bonus
