Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of all entries.
• Facilitate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
• Support daily tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Help prepare journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain balance sheet schedules.
• Assist in preparing of monthly management reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate yearly statutory audits by preparing schedules and providing necessary documentation to auditors.
• Support quarterly GST submission by gathering relevant financial data.
• Assist in preparing annual tax computations and income tax filings.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Corporate Services Executive or finance team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or currently pursuing relevant qualifications.
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., TMS, SAGE) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
