RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work closely with our corporate head office and report to the Chief Financial Controller. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Propose and implement credit strategy for retail and SME loan underwriting

Job Responsibilities:

The job holder is responsible for carrying out TADM’s role of providing fair and expeditious resolution of salary and contractual employment claims between migrant workers and their employers through a holistic case management approach. This involves:

(i) Overseeing TADM Service Centre at the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Service Centre (TADM@MOMSC), ensuring seamless end-to-end case management operations, from claims lodgement, mediation to payment monitoring;

(ii) Formulating and reviewing all operations concepts and work procedures at TADM@MOMSC to ensure that they are up-to-date and relevant;

• Lead the consolidation team to complete monthly and annual group financial consolidation.

Job Description

The finance team is an integral part of the organization in enabling operations and driving financial strategies. The Finance Manager will work closely with the Finance Director to ensure a “best in class” finance service to a rapidly growing business, support the accounting operations and fulfil corporate reporting requirements.

Main duties:
