PURPOSE

The role main responsibility is to assist in the management of Finance Department with strong interaction with Human Resources Department.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

HR

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment process.
• Oversee onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration of new hires and maintain retention.
• Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary and benefits payments.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/CPA/ICAEW)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with the recent 3 years in finance leadership position.
• Prior experience in financial advisory firm or insurance industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of finance functions and processes, including tax and GST.

WWF is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to serve as the Global Lead for WWF’s Carbon Finance and Markets Taskforce. The Taskforce is co-led by WWF’s Forest Practice and Climate and Energy Practice to influence and promote best practices for carbon finance and markets around the world, and leverage credibly implemented carbon finance to protect and enhance WWF priority landscapes, seascapes and watersheds. The Taskforce leads on WWF’s positions on carbon finance and markets, including a blueprint for corporate action on climate and natureand guidance for high-quality climate investments for climate, nature and people. You will work in a coaching and consulting capacity as a subject matter expert (SMEs) linked through one or more of the Amplify product offerings that relate to better managing claims risk or healthcare funds.
