Finance Responsibilities:

· Full set bookkeeping, cash, receivables, payables etc

· Prepare timely, accurate quarter-end closing and financial reporting to Management

· Responsible for all accounting functions and tasks, including Fixed Assets Registers & inventory count

· Coordinate and liaise with auditors, corporate secretary etc

· Preparation and filing of GST

· Collaborate with Project Management team to issue Invoices/ Collect Billings.

Admin Responsibilities:

· Handle arrangements for visiting clients and respond to email queries

· Manage asset management, arrange quotes for office repairs and maintenance

· Coordinate and oversee travel arrangements

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting, ACCA or Diploma with strong relevant experience

· At least 3 years in Accounting experience working in a SME or start up

· Good working knowledge of IFRS and tax, well versed in MS excel

· Analytical, motivated and meticulous

· Self-starter who can take initiative to meet job objectives and deadline independently

· Experience with Xero or equivalent accounting software

KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES.

Financial & Accounting

• Perform month-end closing activities including management reports, operational report
• Liaise with respective stakeholders for timely and accurate data submission.
• Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payment approvals, and month-end closing processes;
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping;
• Work with F&B Operational team to clear unbilled.
• Investigate and resolve customers’ inquiries, including resolving collection and payment discrepancies.
• Review financial data on the accounting system to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Daily extraction of bank statements
• Weekly review of employees claims, send chaser when necessary
• Raise payment request in bank portal
• Responsible for intercompany reconciliation and reporting

Administration

• On-boarding of new suppliers and clients
• Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed.
• Archiving, filing, scanning and printing documents
• To support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

As the company’s Finance Executive you manage the day-to-day Finance and Business Admin matters of Lufthansa Systems in the Asia Pacific region in accordance with applicable Accounting Standards and compliance with internal control policies and financial procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing as well as processing of vendor invoices and staff reimbursements, including posting into SAP

Requirements
