1. Review high risk on-boarding, periodic and trigger reviews for Individuals (Retail, Private Banking and Card Centre)
2. Provide advisories to front line and relevant stakeholders on AML/ KYC escalations;

Role

The Head of Legal and Risk will work closely with and assist the Managing Director to lead all legal and Risk as well as Compliance matters within the Company, contributing to the promotion and development of a compliance culture within the Company.
