As a Growth Channel Associate you'd be able to work on and solve many interesting challenges which we are facing, learn new ways of working, and help build delightful high quality products for our customers.
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and bubbly individual to showcase our products to educate and ease Trust customers into the digital banking space. The Growth Channel Associate will also be responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, upsell and retention for the Bank, as well as developing key relationships with key affiliates and partners.
The Role Responsibility:
· Identify high-value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.
· Own and drive acquisition, growth and development of the product suite through building high value relationships with key partners and channels.
· Keep abreast of changing digital banking landscape, including competition, policies and trends, to plan acquisition initiatives
· Drive development of innovative services, benefits and product solutions by working closely with product and functional teams with support and insights from segmentation and portfolio management.
· Drive service delight and process improvement initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
· Deliver great customer experiences in a very active environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
· Stay abreast with latest digital banking trends, ready to apply your learning in customer interactions.
· Educate and help less digitally savvy customers to understand and adopt digital banking.
· Connect with customers to develop lifelong relationship with Trust.
· Establish and maintain client and partner relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue.

Our Ideal Candidate:
· 2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
· Result oriented and ability to work in fast paced & fluid environment.
· Strong communication skills - approachable, a good listener and empathetic.
· Experience working in fintechs and/or other technology startup will be a plus.
· Passionate about technology and eager to share that passion with others.
· Ability and willingness to learn quickly and get up to speed on all aspects of the business.
· Willing to work weekends/public holidays (5-day work week).
