Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a high-volume setting. Experience with Hunan or other Asian cuisines is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent customer service skills, with a keen focus on ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
• Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
