Summary:
Basic Salary: Up SGD2900
AL:18 days per year
Paid sick leave
Working hours: 6 days, 10 am to 10 pm (1 hour break)

Job responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and cutting ingredients, washing vegetables, meats, etc., and ensuring all ingredients are properly handled.
- Need to keep the kitchen tidy and hygienic, including cleaning work surfaces, kitchen utensils, tableware, etc., to ensure compliance with hygienic standards.
- Participate in some simple food cooking tasks, such as stewing soups, grilling meat, etc., and sometimes perform more complex cooking tasks.
- Before opening, ensure that the kitchen equipment is functioning properly and the ingredients are complete to meet the catering needs of the day.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff, including communicating effectively with chefs, waiters, etc. to ensure the entire catering team operates collaboratively.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene standards and ensure that all food prepared complies with hygiene regulations to protect the health of diners.
- Inventory management, monitor the inventory of ingredients, and promptly report items that need to be reordered to the chef.
