Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage and Events Director to join our team. This pivotal role will oversee all Food & Beverage operations and manage every aspect of events hosted at the club. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the F&B landscape in Singapore and will be tasked to develop and implement a long-term F&B strategy while effectively managing our current temporary setup with an external partner.

Key Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Management:
Ā· Develop a new F&B business model to align with strategic goals of the Club, requirements of its members whilst enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
Ā· Collaborate closely with the F&B committee and Main Committee on the business model analyses and final proposal.
Ā· Lead the implementation of the new F&B strategy and final business model.
Ā· Together with our current caterer continue to improve and develop diverse high-quality food menus that meets the tastes and preferences of our members for the various areas including the restaurant, meetings & events.
Ā· Curate and oversee an extensive drinks portfolio to ensure diverse and high-quality offerings.
Ā· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support seamless operations and procurement.
Ā· Develop and implement effective pricing strategies for menus to optimize profitability and competitiveness.
Ā· Create and maintain budgets for food and beverage operations, including forecasting and cost control.
Ā· Conduct thorough sales and performance analysis to identify trends, drive improvements, and achieve revenue targets.
Ā· Identify and manage partnerships and sponsorships within the F&B sector to enhance brand presence and opportunities.
Ā· Implement and monitor quality control measures together with our partner maintain high standards across all F&B operations.
Ā· Manage POS system to streamline transactions and inventory processes.
Ā· Design and deliver comprehensive service training programs to improve team performance and member satisfaction.
Ā· Develop and implement standard operational procedures to ensure consistence and high-quality delivery.
Event Management:
Ā· Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including private parties, corporate functions, club events and sport socials.
Ā· Actively generate leads from external clients and member base.
Ā· Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations and provide tailormade quotations.
Ā· Oversee event execution, logistics, including setup, food and drinks offering, staff coordination, and post-event evaluation.
Ā· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Ā· Work closely with the membership department and sports teams to develop a robust and action-packed events and socials calendar
Ā· Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and that the event is executed within the allocated budget.
General:
Ā· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the clubās offerings competitive and innovative.
Ā· Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the club.
