Job Summary

The Group’s Fit For Growth (FFG) Programme commenced in Q1 2024, with the aim of simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes, to provide a platform for Business growth and to ‘make it easier to get things done’.

As part of the Programme, a central team, the FFG Control Room, has been established to help structure, co-ordinate, prioritise, support, and monitor the initiatives that will be selected to deliver the efficiencies and growth opportunities. The team will also help to manage the governance, communications and reporting of the broader Programme.

Strategy
• Articulating the high-level FFG opportunity for the Bank, and the breaking-down that by Business and Function (i.e. Portfolio), in order to provide clarity and transparency on the objectives of the Programme.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Director, Mental Health & Counselling Services (MHCS), the role will :

a. Strategy:

• Support the Senior Management Team in formulating short, medium and long-term strategies, action plans and targets in line with the mandate of MHCS.
• Operationalise our strategy mission and strategy through the provision of MHCS and ensuring these services operate on sound sector and professional principles.
• Analyse financial viability and cost structure of respective service teams. Put in place appropriate measures to monitor costs in relation to operations and provision of services.
• Monitor changes in policies and the evolving environment so as to take appropriate measures to strengthen our relevance and presence in the sector.

c. Direct Management:

Requirements:

• Masters in Social Work/Counselling/Business Administration & related discipline.
• 6-8 years' experience preferably in social service sector
• At least 3 years' experience in a Managerial capacity in a social service unit/centre with staff strength of at least 30.

Position Purpose:

As an Associate Director Medical Affairs, the main purpose of your role will be to lead a team of MSLs and build partnerships with external healthcare professionals in Southeast and South Asia, to communicate evidence based critical scientific, technical, and development issues relating to Grifols Biopharma products which are or will be marketed. We are currently looking for an Associate Medical Director for an oncology focused ADC business to be based here in Singapore.

They are relatively new to Asia and have been ramping up their clinical presence across the region and are looking for somebody to support their ongoing work.

This work is currently done by their Regional Head but they have too much on their plate so need somebody to take responsibility for everything medical with their clinical trials. The Associate Medical Director will:

• Provide medical expertise and support for the planning and execution of IND filings and early-stage clinical trials.

Mission and Main responsibilities
1. You will have to lead digital health studies in various stages from start-up activities (including ethics committee submissions) to closure and study reporting.

What will you do

The Associate Director Head of Medical Affairs, Metro Asia is responsible for providing medical leadership for the Medical Affairs team with accountability for enabling the development and execution of medical strategy, policies and associated initiatives/ plans for the Metro Asia cluster. The Opportunity
As the Director Medical Affairs APAC, J&J Vision, your role will be to direct the operational function of medical affairs in the region to achieve key regional and organizational objectives.
