Requirements

• Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) registration
• Recognised Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography
• 5 years specialised experience in Mammography / Breast Imaging / Ultrasound / CT / MRI / Interventional Radiology preferred.

You will perform key administrative, secretarial and coordination functions for the Group Chairman Medical Board’s Office. You will assist the manager(s) in their daily operations and administrative support for the Office. You will provide secretarial support to the SingHealth Medical Board and cluster-level committees. You will assist in general administrative support to the SingHealth Duke-NUS Disease Centres (SDDCs), such as the coordination of work plans and combined meetings/retreats. You will also support Director (Medical Affairs) in the areas of Medical Manpower planning and non-residency matters relating to SingHealth Junior Doctors.

As part of the communications team that guards the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre’s (AMC’s) profile as a trusted leader in healthcare, you will be primarily responsible for working with internal stakeholders on employee communications. This includes content creation (articles, videos etc) for integrated communications efforts, and ensuring the timely dissemination of the content.

You will also develop communications strategies and conceptualise campaigns to promote staff wellness initiatives and programmes, which includes the production of a full suite of collaterals such as publicity materials, bulletins, and digital and social media content.

In addition, you will be assigned to special projects and you are expected to manage such projects from conceptualisation to execution, including a post-mortem review of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Adept at project and events management
• Familiarity with trends and use of social and digital media as an internal communications tool and/or prior experience in design and social media content creation would be advantageous

As part of the Marketing Communications team, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders to design marketing materials. The scope of work includes creating graphics for online, mobile, and social media platforms, such as user-interface graphics, banners, thumbnails, etc. Additionally, it involves designing collaterals such as brochures, online newsletters, logo development, branding templates, and way-finding signage for SingHealth and its institutions.

Specifically, you will be tasked with developing materials such as posters, banners, flyers and newsletters to promote the SingHealth Health Buddy app, its modules, and functions, and to support the graphic needs of the Health Buddy app.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communications / Design or equivalent

· Excellent command of both spoken and written English

· Experience in managing iOS/Android apps, UX/UI design, and digital project management would be advantageous

· Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Google Analytics

· Prior experience in conceptualising and/or producing marketing materials/collaterals

· Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines with an eye for detail
