Job Summary

Job Responsibility

• Provide administrative support to the HR recruitment team throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Coordinate scheduling of interviews and meetings between candidates and hiring managers, including room bookings and travel arrangements if necessary.
• Draft and send out offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documents to successful candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation sessions, ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new employees.
• Support recruitment events and job fairs by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and assisting with candidate registration.
• Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on their application status.

Job Requirement

• Possess Diploma in HRM or any relevant field
• Training will be provided to candidates with no prior experience
