The HR and Admin Executive assist the HR Manager in managing the end-to-end employee life cycle experience in USP. Being the focal point of contact, the HR and Admin Executive is USP’s employer brand ambassador for potential hires and existing employees.

Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end Recruitment Process
2. Assist in end-to-end payroll administration process
3. Work with HR manager to deliver employee learning and development programs
4. Assist HR Manager in managing employee experience and benefits
5. Support the management of Expat benefits
6. Manage HR-related vendor relationship
7. As the 2nd IC to support the waste management process
8. Support Administration activities

Requirement:

• Min Degree in Social Science or Business Administration
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Possess knowledge of local labour laws and payroll software
• Strong communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
• Planning and organisation skills to prioritise workload to complete tasks and assignments within the deadline
• Ability to handle employee grievances
• Intermediate MS Office with strong working knowledge of Excel

Job Description

The HR Executive supports the Human Resources Department in the full spectrum of Human Resources function including daily HR operations but not limited to compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and talent management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment cycle including on-boarding and payroll processing.
• Provide advisories to the management with regard to employment issues which includes labour legislations, local labour practices and company manpower practices and ensure legal compliances with all statutory requirements.
• Participate in workforce planning and achieving optimal manpower required for each business unit.
• Manage HR issues such as employee relations, grievances, complaints and provide counselling / guidance.
• Recommend, plan, and implement pay structure revisions.
• Study, design and implement employee benefits programs.
• Design and implement staff engagement initiatives.
• Conduct job evaluations and periodic pay surveys
• Prepare payroll budgets.
• Main point of contact for all employee relations matters
• Submit claims to various government agencies.
• Apply, manage and maintain training grants with statutory bodies.
• Participate in various statutory surveys
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality or FMCG industry
• High degree of integrity and discipline
• Very meticulous and strong numerical background
• Strong knowledge in local employment laws and practices
• Ability to work independently yet a good team player.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of BIPO software would be an added advantage.
• Able to commence on short notice will be an added advantage.
