Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, Success Factors or other HRIS, and payroll software
- Adaptable and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Team player, able to work under pressure in a fast -paced environment
- Ensure accurate and timely computations of overtime, leave, and payroll adjustments while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Good understanding of Singapore labour laws and payroll regulations
- Organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential functions:
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including salary computation, statutory submissions, and payslip generation
- Address and resolve payroll-related queries with a discreet approach
- Support HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation
- Assist with HR projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving needs
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and Singapore labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, always safeguarding sensitive employee information
- Support in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by HR Director.

Others
- Hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure or equivalent for countries lived in outside of the UK.
- Compliance with visa requirements for working in Singapore.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils and the willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.
