Job Description

We are looking for a HR & Admin Executive to join our team. This position will be remote reporting to the HR & Admin General Manager based in Shanghai HQ in partnering and supporting her with the day-to-day HR and Admin operations related to the Singapore office as well as other regions office. Job Responsibilities:

· To oversee the administration and ensure system-level governance of Human Resource & Payroll System (HRPS).

· To manage HR accounts and admin rights granted to officers based on a defined access rights matrix.

· To establish and maintain a list of accounts and the admin rights granted to officers for HR systems and submit monthly AAR reports.

Job Description

• Handle full recruitment process (job postings, arranging interviews, background check, preparing employment contract, etc)
• Process Work Passes application, issuance, renewal & cancellation (including foreign worker’s bonds, PCP, etc which required by MOM)

1. Job Role

This role supports the HR Manager in administering the company's policies and handles the hiring processes. This includes on-boarding and off-boarding practices, foreign worker administration and liaising with agencies on employment requirements.

2. Job Description

Coordinate and conduct the administration, recruitment, employment relations, medical coverages and training of employees for the organisation in alignment with the organisation’s strategies and policies and procedures and directions of higher management
