We are looking for a Junior Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to MOM employment laws.

Working hours: 9am-6pm

Part-Time: 3 days (Fix by Executive)

Responsibilities

• Payroll, conduct interview and providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Onboard and Offboard
• Organise and maintain personnel files, ensuring necessary personal records are filed
• Update internal databases (e.g. record medical or maternity leave)
• Provide support in recruitment such as job posting, sourcing, reference checks, arranging interviews, contract signing and onboarding of new employees
• Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
• Liaise with external partners, such as insurance agents, and ensure legal compliance
• Ensure work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and status including monitoring of expiry date Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Handle employees' queries about HR-related issues Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organise a job fair event)

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 year experience as a HR Admin, HR Admin Assistant or relevant role Diploma or above in Human Resources or relevant field MS Office literacy

· Reporting to VP HR and part of HR team in Singapore Asia Pacific Office

· Assist in supporting full suite of HR functions (ie. Recruitment, operations, training, payroll management, etc.) so as to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

· Assist with the employment pass applications, communication with the Ministry of Manpower, etc.

· Prepare contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.

· Suggest and implement new HR strategies

· Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters

· Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Requirements:

· Degree in HR or related fields

· At least 1 year of HR Business Partner work experiences with understanding of all HR functions and best practice.

· Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

· Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

· Understanding of SAP

· Regional responsibilities (Asia – as assigned) and experiences working with European companies advantageous

· Participate or lead HR related projects
