Job Description:
- Take on all aspects of hands-on HR duties, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, employee benefits, etc.
- Review and propose improvement to the workflow and procedures.
- Main contact person of specific HR duties both externally and internally.

Responsibilities:

Staffing

• Work with the hiring managers on manpower requests and ensure timely filing of vacancies.

The HR Officer role is to give support to the HR team on all HR operational duties. The job holder plays an integral role to support the business and HR/people management objectives.
