• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,300 (basic salary) + Incentive

Main Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Promote company solutions to perspective and potential customers
• Manage on-boarding new client processes.
• Constantly researching and identifying new leads and business prospects via various platforms.
• Assist in monthly company sales and marketing material.
• Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any business-related discipline.
• At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with relevant business units to provide efficient and timely operational support and to deliver HR initiatives
• Provide direction and communication to stakeholders on key people processes such as on-boarding, workforce planning, talent and performance management and separation.
• Support in HR process and HR operations.
• Review and implement new and existing HR process improvements, including ensuing regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with line managers and employees to improve work relationships and address employee relations issues.
• Analyze business unit data to identify trends and metrics.
• Any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

The Work Project is looking for a talented and dedicated HR & Admin Executive. This full-time position is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Human Resource Manager.

This role is responsible for a variety of tasks, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and other human resource processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

On top of Human Resource functions, minor administrative duties to support the CEO will be included as part of the work scope.

Human Resource Functions

· Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding to offboarding

· Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, and screening resumes.

· Manage all work passes application, renewal, and cancellation

· Manage the HR system, including maintaining and updating personnel data, attendance and leave records, performance reviews, and generating letters

· Process employee insurance, including enrollment, termination, and renewals

· Submit Government-Paid Leave Claims

· Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance on labour laws and regulations

· Provide support to employees on a variety of HR-related issues

· Other duties as assigned

Administrative Functions

Support the CEO with:

· Local, travel and insurance claims

· Leave applications

· Ad-hoc duties as required by the CEO

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR role
• Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written command of English
• Proficient Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with AGHRM software would be advantageous (but not a must).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multitask.
