• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in HR leadership role and a HR Generalist
• Prefer with working experience in heavy industry and a mid sized company
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Acts, Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP), Government Employment or Support Schemes
• Experience in HR digitalisation and improving processes
