Compensation & Benefits

• Partner with Performance & Reward team to coordinate the promotion exercise and annual appraisal exercises and work closely with the line to review promotion recommendations.

Talent Management, Succession Planning & Employee Development

• Provide advisory support on staff disciplinary or grievance handling including secretariat support for the investigations.

Others

• Partner AHP HODs to provide advice and guidance in the Master Service Agreement for staff secondment and work out the secondment terms and charges for agreement signing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant HR experience with good understanding of various day-to-day HR operations, Employment Act and HR related legislations.
