• Perform general administrative and reception duties including the ordering of pantry items or stationery, welcoming guests,and helping to receive deliveries.
• Other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the management teams such as supporting management during the recruitment fairs and the compiling of monthly attendance reports for management review.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in the relevant fields including Human Resource Management
• 1-2++ years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Meticulous, adaptable and with a positive mindset

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and work passes matter.
• Conducts orientation programmes for new recruits and ensures proper induction is given.
• Work closely with site Managers, Supervisors and management team to deliver HR initiatives and operational support.
• Assist in maintaining the document management system in accordance to the company’s ISO policies and procedures.
• Process of Group Insurance administration for staff and ensure compliance with the Act.
• Assist in organising corporate social responsibility and welfare activities.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties when assigned.

• 'O' Level/ NITEC/ Certificate in a HR-related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably from a fast-paced work environment

[What you will be working on]

• Growing and handling various plant collections: rare, native/endangered species.

• Propagation of horticultural collections needed for Living Collections’ lawn.

• Handle large quantities of seeds through processing, sowing and germination.

• Polybagging, repotting and transplanting of seedlings.

• Assist on basic plant maintenance.

• Assist on routine ad-hoc work such as basic inventory checklist, prepare label strings, clean up used plant labels for reusing, etc…

[What we are looking for]

-      WSQ Certificate in Landscape Operations or Nitec in Facility Technology (Landscaping Services)

-      A hands-on person and able to work outdoor.

-      Good organizational, communication and supervisory skills.

-      Basic proficiency in plant identification and knowledge.

-      Basic knowledge in using MS-Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Successful candidate will be hired on a 9-month employment contract.

Report to General Manager and Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for HR and administrative matters in Singapore.

What you will do:

HR

• End-to-end recruitment that includes job posting, coordinate with external agencies, screening, interviewing, preparing offer proposals, and employee onboarding.
• Offboarding for resigned and terminated employees and expatriates.
• Full payroll process - incentive, overtime calculation, social security, provident funds, tax filing etc.
• Compensation and benefits administration such as insurance renewal and enrollment, claims processing, leave management.
• HR reporting and administration including work passes matters, internal and external report submission, preparation of letters, maintaining employee records.
• Organize internal and external employee training courses and evaluations.
• Support employee performance review and salary review activities.
• Review and update employee handbook in accordance with local legislations.
• Organize staff activities.
• Support Indonesia branch on HR management when needed.

General Affairs

• Act as point of contact for correspondence with government agencies.
• Office administration including document filing, equipment maintenance, courier services, business travel arrangements, pantry and stationery purchase.
• Office lease renewal.
• Liaise with IT team on setup, maintenance, and support.
• Coordinate ISO renewal and recertification as Management Representative.

Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

What you will need:

• Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Min. 1 year of relevant experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proactive and a team player, able to work independently.
