HR Operations:

Administration:

• Arrange monthly management and sales meeting and send calendar invite
• Manage servicing and maintenance of office equipment’s, e.g. corporate mobiles and landlines, fibre broadband connection of 2 stores, photocopiers, office air-con, water dispenser and filters, office phones, etc.
• Initiate and follow-up with application and renewal of tied-up programs with counter parties, Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) plans with banks
• Monthly printing, laminating and cutting of marketing materials for both stores
• Keeping stock of stationery, distributing to colleagues as required. Monthly replenish stationery orders for 2 stores
• Keeping stock of staff uniforms, safety boots, coveralls and replenish order from regular suppliers and out-source to new suppliers
• Keeping stock of disc Decal, Kato printing ribbons and replenish with new orders
• Administrative and business support to CEO/CFO
• Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational needs

1. Human Resource Responsibilities:
