Job purpose

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Business Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently supporting the HR and payroll for our contracting and Payroll Process Outsourcing (PPO) business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client/Employee on-boarding and documentation.
2. Client/Employee engagement ie; responding to inquiries and concerns.
3. Employee benefits management like administering and managing health insurance policies and claims and monitoring service quality of external vendorsSupport the management of grievance and disciplinary processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 3-5 years of HR experience within a recruitment agency setting. Experience in or exposure to Payroll Process Outsourcing is advantageous.
3. Possesses strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
4. CEI certified preferred.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin advantageous due to communication needs with China clients
6. Proficiency in Justlogin (HRIS) and YonYou (payroll systems) advantageous.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
