Responsibilities:

• Source and screen the right talents to fill various positions from entry-level to C-Level positions in multiple industries eg. engineering, retail, pharmaceutical, logistics, etc.
• Interview candidates through phone/video call/ face-to-face.
• Meet monthly individual sales targets & KPI.
• Provide assistance to candidates throughout their job application processes until successful offering and onboarding in hiring companies.

Requirements:

• Passionate in speaking with people and understanding job requirements.
• Self-driven to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Prior HR experience would be added advantage.
