• Shipment arrangement with the supplier
• Request advance payment in the Portal with the Finance for the supplier with advance payment term
• Issue PO and SO for purchases within inter-company
• Update inter-company FG PO and raw material PO & SO delivery commitment in system
• Reschedule the delivery for inter-company FG PO and raw material PO & SO delivery
• Inter-company shipment arrangement with planning team, warehouse and logistic department
• Manage sub-con RFQ
• Update PIR for inter-company.
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Material Engineering or any Engineering field or equivalent
• Minimum two years experience in EMS/Manufacturing environment
• SAP or EPR knowledge
• Must know PCBA and electro-mechanical.
• Team player with a positive attitude and organized in administrative duties
• Sense of urgency and able to cope in fast pace environment
• Strong negotiation and material management skill
• Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate will be an advantage

Job Summary

• This position is an HR generalised role with team lead responsibility. The incumbent will oversee a team of HR professionals to support the business and provide the employee lifecycle services.

Key Accountabilities

• Overseeing the HR process delivery in areas of manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, discipline and grievances, and other related HR services.
• Responsible for major HR deliverables for the business units and ensuring all the HR initiatives are performed in accordance with HR guidelines and compliance with countries laws and regulations while balancing the specific needs of business operations.
• Collaboration with SEA Regional HR on HR strategies and organisational-wide projects and to drive Group’s initiatives and action plans to meet organisation’s goals and objectives.
• Identifies business needs and provides advice, guidance and creates sustainable solutions in addressing employee and organisational challenges.
• Partnership with business leaders to develop and executive HR strategies. Drives key initiatives and projects in areas such as organisation design, brand presences, diversity, and leadership development.
• Establish strong & influential relationships with leaders and managers in your client group, providing sound advice, support and guidance aligned with HR & business strategy.
• Build and promote employee engagement, champion of employee and organisational change management development activities.

Key Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• With 8 – 10 years working as HR Generalist and at least 2 years in managing teams.
• Preferably with working experience in a multi-national Company.
• Proficient with Singapore Labor Law including Employment Act
• Ability to communicate with all levels of people.
• Strong analytical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving skills,

- Update contact list details for staff and clients

Admin

• Work on projects related to the Administration function.
• Maintaining office tidiness and liaising with office cleaner.
• Order and maintain the inventory for office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, production welfare items.
• Arrange and coordinate IT issues, repairs, maintenance, and renovations for the office when necessary.
• Provide administrative support on postal and courier services.
• Plan and provide support for company events and activities.
• Collect and distribute mails & documents.
• Updating of information inside Notion/SharePoint/OneNote. (i.e. SOP, Staff handbook, Staff Directory)
• Providing minutes for company meetings.
• Helping out with Finance related activities.

HR

• Posting Job recruitment on websites, liaising with candidates for interview appointments.
• Handle new and renewal of work passes for foreign staffs.
• Provide administrative support relating to employees and staff movement such as logistics for new hires and resignations.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration.
• Proficient in English language.
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel ).
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and work independently
