Job Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, put away, and order picking.
• Supervise a team of warehouse members and oversee their performance.
• Ensure accuracy of the data recording and proper document retention.
• Effectively manage resources, pallet racking, forklifts and utilization of warehouse space.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate transaction of finished goods, raw materials and packaging items in WMS systems.
• Coordinate with 3PL service providers for production, quality, safety, planning to ensure a smooth order management operations.
• Manage inventory disposals of damaged, excess and obsolescence products according to local chemical regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports related to warehouse such as inventory & picking accuracy, space utilization, on-time receiving & resources utilization.
• Ensure compliance to all warehouse procedures, 5S, safety and audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Management within the Logistics/Warehouse Operations or similar functions.
• Proficient in using WMS or SAP system
• Possess a valid forklift or reach truck license
