Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a robust customer base, with a focus on the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Utilize various channels to generate new leads and proactively engage potential clients through cold calling, cold emailing, and consistent follow-ups.
• Comfortably conduct door-to-door meetings, particularly in industrial areas where our clients are mainly from the manufacturing sectors, to build relationships with companies comfortably.
• Meet with clients to gain insights into their decision-making criteria, purchase decision-makers, and specific needs.
• Engage in industry events (e.g., exhibitions or talks) to represent the company, fostering new connections and exploring new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to the unique requirements of potential clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and customer interactions, and compile weekly reports.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline or a related field
• At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
• Candidate must be able to liaise with Indonesia supplier and colleagues.
• Comfortable with being a long-term resident in Indonesia, as we are expanding our market presence in the region.

What you will do:

· Responsible for managing the daily operations in the kitchen

· Develop and implement new culinary trends, direct & design plating techniques to ensure excellent customer service and welcoming environment

· Oversee inventory, ordering of food supplies & kitchen equipment to ensure effective use of all resources, budget control and minimise wastages

· Monitor and enforce hygiene work practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations

· Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance

· Actively responds to and handles guest complaints or feedback in a professional manner.

Skills & Experience:

· Diploma/Cert. in Culinary in recognised institutions or related field

· Min. 5 years working experience in the same capacity

· Knowledge of various cuisines with French culinary techniques and modern trends is a plus

· Excellent kitchen planning skills and good understanding of F&B marketing

· Self-driven, service-oriented, good leadership qualities and have a strong work ethics

· Strong communication and leadership skills

Role and responsibilities

· Establish overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· In charge of managing and monitoring project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.

· Responsible in planning and managing the scope of the project, its objectives, and desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business outcomes of the Authority.

· Execute the development of the overall project schedule & activities based on the appropriate methodology including identifying dependency, critical path, milestones, and deliverables.

· Construct comprehensive work plan and ensure all team members are on-board with delegated tasks and activities.

· Handle regular work group meetings and provide project progress and status reports to stakeholders with good presentation skills.

Skills and experience

· Degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Science, or other IT-related disciplines.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Project Manager.

· Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles.

· Experience in Hardware or Technical refresh project.

· Knowledge of Singapore Authority procurement and governance processes.

· Familiar with Singapore government data security policies and governance Alternative Change Management Skills Set.
