• Manage progress claim, progress payment and VO claims for awarded projects.
• Verify As-Build drawings against actual completed work prior to submission to client.
• Need to perform close coordination with main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the projects.
• Need to perform liaison with engineers, sales, quality surveyors and project managers.

Qualifications:

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or related fields
• Able to speak and write English and Mandarin is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attitude and mannerism
• Basic to Intermediate Skill in Autocad preferred.

Your new role

You are responsible for handling existing clients, building strong relationships, ensuring effective client retention, and developing additional revenue streams. This includes quotation handling, regular meetings with commercial and customer service staff, contract management, and supply chain process analysis. Additionally, you manage all ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 2–3 years experience in sales and business development for 3PL services
