An opportunity has arisen for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our company. You will manage and be responsible for the development, quality and timely delivery of projects. You are adept at managing teams, providing strong leadership and steering members towards meeting critical project delivery milestones. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for each project phase of requirement validation, technical design, development, testing, launch and maintenance.
• Lead a team of application development to plan technical deliverables to meet project’s requirements within allocated budget and schedule.
• Plan, manage and be accountable for implementation timeline, from inception to delivery and launch.
• Establish objectives and schedule project milestones toward full project implementation.
• Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical application delivery and toprovide L3 support as needed
• Provide status update related to technical delivery
• Partner with Program and/or Project Manager managers, Business analysts and systemanalysts to collate, understand and finalize functional and technical requirements
• Partner with SA & subject matter experts to understand and implement functional andtechnical requirements
• Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changingneeds and requirements and delivers high quality services to our clients.
• Provide input to functional design and architecture, track and resolve escalated technicalissues during build and test phases.
• Monitor progress, highlight issues encountered, flag potential roadblocks early, mitigate risksand manage issues appropriately.
• Stay on top of delivery efficiency and unblock any impediments for the technical delivery forthe team
• Manage resource utilisation and project costs to ensure profitability, ensure that financialimpact is considered at each stage and adhere to financial guidelines
• Initiate and implement best practices and processes to drive innovation, improveproductivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and reconcile the dependencies among them.
• Ensure that deliverables are to agreed configuration, methodology and quality standards.
• Responsible for project documentation, including but not limited to technical and systemrequirements.
• Function effectively as the single-point interface between delivery team and internal/externalstakeholders, interface with client and manage expectations
• Coach, motivate and drive the delivery team with technical leadership and vision.

Prerequisites

• Minimum 10 years software industry experience.
• Must have experience in the banking domain.
• Strong in-depth understanding of and experience in full SDLC and Agile standards andpolicies, solution architecture and design.
• Experience and knowledge of the latest Java tech stack like Springboot, Microservices,etc.
• Substantial expertise in full stack development technologies, tools, design solutioning andfamiliarity with Agile methodologies.
• A good ideology for managing maintainable, scalable and cross-browser code across largesites.
• Extensive background in developing and delivering complex projects with cleardelivery management objectives throughout the lifecycle.
• Project planning, progress monitoring and milestone control skills.
• Possess strong experience in mobilising a delivery team, scoping and planning activities,transitions from workstream into delivery, and following through the full product lifecycle
• Strong leadership and client management skills with good organisational ability.
• Highly effective communication ability to lead and facilitate discussions across all tiers,including functions like architecture, technical specialists, business analysis, team leaders, client management

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Manager in Financial Reporting to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of financial reporting tasks, including, and not limited to, day-to-day budget operations, month-end and year-end closing activities, budget utilisation, accounts reconciliation, and audit schedule review. Additionally, this role involves business partnering with various Schools and Department and preparing financials to management.

Responsibilities: -

· Manage daily budget operations

· Liaise with internal and/or external stakeholders on budget operation matters and financial reporting

· Prepare statutory submissions or attend to requests from government agencies as necessary

· Prepare financial and management reports

· Possess analytical skills and able to problem solve work issues across functional areas independently

Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements

· Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with policies, and accounting standards.

· Undertake other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements: -

· Qualification in Accountancy or its related disciplines, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in financial and/or management reporting

· Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams

· Good written and oral communication skills

· Good analytical and critical thinking abilities

· Independent team player who is organised, confident and adaptable to changing environment

· Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with Workday system would be advantageous

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
