Design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support application.

Skills and Experience:

8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies.

Experience with .Net Core and SharePoint either in Azure or Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) is a must.

Object Relational Mapping (Entity Framework) and ADO.Net

WCF, Windows Services, Web Services IIS 6.0, IIS 7.5

Unit testing using MS Test Framework

Hands-on experience on Front End development with Angular JS and SQL Server 2016

C#.NET, .net core, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.Net MVC 4.0, jQuery, JavaScript.

Strong experience in developing custom solution of SharePoint, like web parts, workflow, event handlers.

SharePoint Administration skills like deployment, backup, Patching, stsadm and PowerShell commands.

Sound knowledge in Web technology.

Job Description:

• Responsible for each client’s career development progress including but not limited to identifying career passion, defining training strategies, advising industry mentors, and generating progress reports.
• Oversee and manage the programme operations team to ensure clients’ enquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Understand industry mentors’ expertise, and manage the mentor community to identify star mentors and recruit new mentors.
• Conduct research and consult with mentors to continuously improve the programme curriculum and operational processes.
• Provide insights to sales and marketing teams to better position the programme among target customers.

Requirement:

• Bachelor and above degree
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Singapore is a must, previous work exposure in career coaching, counselling, human resources, recruitment & executive placement and HR training & development in financial industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese are required
• Prior experience in curriculum design and career coaching is preferred
