Job Requirement:

• Degree level or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of leading, managing, and developing teams;
• Experience working in oil & gas business(es) and displaying strong evident to handle day-to-day operational and manpower demands is an added advantage;
• Proven relevant experience gained in energy-related industry, ideally within the sustainable and/or renewable energy sector;
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally internally and externally, including external negotiation;
• Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills;
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan the workload;
• Strong written and presentation skills, an eye for details;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is an advantage;
