a. Manage projects that have transits to warranty / maintenance phase. We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to oversee the development and use of data systems in ADVANcing Clinical Evidence in Infectious Diseases Network (ADVANCE-ID)

ADVANCE-ID is jointly funded by the Wellcome Trust and Singapore institutions including the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The vision of the Network is to improve public health by developing the clinical evidence base for the prevention and treatment of drug-resistant infections. Its mission is to build and sustain a strategic clinical research network focussed on most efficiently delivering locally relevant interventions for drug-resistant infections.

The Network aims to improve and strengthen clinical research capabilities in the region by acting as a platform to develop good principles and practices. It will stabilise capacity and capabilities to mitigate inefficiencies in trial start-up phase and loss of skillset following study closure, as in typical trial setup. The Network will continuously develop its capabilities, quality and efficiency by learning from and collaborating with other clinical trial networks.

In the long term, the Network aims to support broader infectious disease studies by expanding geographically beyond its original starting point in South East Asia and collaborating with other networks around the world. What you will do:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessment on new digital solutions, existing systems and third parties. Identify potential risks that will impact the organization and recommend action plans to reduce the risks.
• Conduct compliance check on control effectiveness to ensure compliance with established policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist in developing policies, standards, and guidelines to safeguard Sembcorp assets in adherence to business needs, industrial best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Security, Risk and Compliance.
• Knowledgeable in security standards or regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, CCOP (SG), PDPA (SG), GDPR(EU), Security by Design
• Technical know-how and experienced in solutions such as (but not limited to)GRC Tool e.g., RSA Archer
  Hardening guidelines for MS products, Linux
  Vulnerability Assessment and Application Testing Tool e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Veracode, Synopsys, White Source etc.
  Cloud compliance e.g., Azure Defender for Cloud
  Awareness Platform e.g., Proofpoint, Knowbe4
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSK, CRISC will be an added advantage.
