PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Data Analyst role is positioned to tap on the vast amounts of data available at Sembcorp Solar to better guide the organization in optimizing its operational and business processes. The role will reside within the Business Excellence Unit and will work on cross-functional projects.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with various departments within Sembcorp Solar to propose, develop and maintain automated data collection systems and pipelines across reporting lines.

Job Description

The Executive is responsible for the collection and analysis of sales data to increase sales productivity and customer satisfaction as well as reduce sales barriers and low revenue levels. He/She creates standardized and customized reports that evaluate existing and potential customers, markets, products and business opportunities. The Technical Support Assistant (Junior) (contract-based, yearly renewal) is to assist our clients with all technical-related issues.
