Key Responsibilities

• To provide secretarial support to divisional director and deputy directors including scheduling calendar of meetings and appointments, taking meeting minutes, sending for members review and approval by the meeting chairperson
• To provide administration support for the management of assets in the system which includes yearly asset sighting exercise
• Coordinate the process for new hires within the division including the application of necessary services.
