Role Summary

The O+O Business analyst will focus on supporting key project roll out in Travel Retail APAC, system integration testing between key platform (WeChat) & Salesforce, manage end to end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) project but also manage the maintenance of some existing applications. Main Responsibilities

• Develop clear successors within the group. Coach and mentor to develop skills needed as successor.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Certified PMP, Agile and/or Scrum Master practitioner with at least 3 years of practical implementations preferred.
• Handled IT Systems, Queue management systems, Visitor management systems or Payment systems is an advantage.
• Familiar in Networking and Various Operating Systems (e.g. DOS, Windows, Linux).
