Project Management Planning

Plan and brainstorm program details, approach, outcomes, and define the overall objectives.

Plan and drive the required procurement activities including seeking the project scope and funding approval from the respective approving authority

Lead and manage the project team, including users, external teams and vendors, in driving the project to meet its objectives, implement in accordance to the agreed scope, budget, timeline and with quality.

Guide and work with cross functional teams

Contribute to and maintain the Project Management Plan which includes the project scope, project objectives, assumptions, critical success factors, project governance structure, contract/vendor management, high level project schedule, deliverables, budget, risks, communication plan, issue management etc.

Perform timely update to stakeholders on project progress, issues, risks, resources and budgets

Project Risk Management

Manage any risks and issue resolution timely

Project Stakeholder Management

Guide the project team to set up the project governance structure and escalation mechanism

Requirements / Qualifications

While the PM does not require a HealthTech background, any experience would be a bonus so as to easily understand any technical terms, ideas, or solutions that may arise.

Job Description

Job Description:

Reporting to the Chief Corporate Development Officer & Head, Project Management Office, the Project Management Manager (Manager, Project Management Office) will have the following responsibilities:

• Set and reinforce the vision for our Project Management Office in HQ

• Build and maintain the Project Management Office’s South Korea processes. Manage, together with the South Korea-based team, projects in Korea using the Group’s framework – adapting it to make it work. Supporting at project inception, project planning, project execution, and project closure.

• Increase Gurin’s ability to safely deliver projects in South Korea with speed, and with a strong, data-driven emphasis on metrics that drive the organisation.

• Coordinate the company’s projects in South Korea with functional experts (e.g. Operations, ESG, Legal, Finance, Strategy), contractors, partners and other stakeholders.

• Proactively flag risks and potential blockers, and determine path to mitigation / resolution / escalation.

• Ensure project compliance with all Gurīn processes and policies, contract terms and local laws.

• Communicate project progress to management

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Strong presentation skills.

• Prepares, provides, and communicates progress reports on project status for staff and management review.

• Manage and coordinate resources including hardware, software, human resource facilities and logistics required for project.
• Review SharePoint Online Platform setup that it meets the requirement of security, usability, scalability, sustainability and maintainability
• Review project documentation and project approach to ensure that it meets our scope requirement, conforms to quality management process and to ensure a successful change management program to increase SharePoint Online adoption and knowledge of our End Users.
