Job Description & Requirements

You will report to Director, Business and your duties will include:

Business Development

1. Liaise and effectively engage with local/overseas partners and agents for direct student recruitment drives and marketing activities.

2. Actively manage, maintain, and evaluate agents according to the Agent Management System.

3. Keep abreast of industry trends and issues affecting the educational industry to help the school stay ahead of the competition. Gather market intelligence on competitors.

4. Conduct school tours and provide post tour follow up to enrolment.

Student Enrolment and Administration

1. Handle enquiries from Agents, Parents or students regarding enrolment and admission test.

2. Responsible over admission test arrangement and scheduling of all incoming applicants’ admission tests and admission interviews.

3. Invigilate ongoing test, physically or online.

4. Ensuring sample admission papers are available and marked admission test papers are returned within stipulated time frame.

5. Handling all other matters regarding student applications and admission.

6. Work closely with Student Admissions and Student Services to ensure smooth induction of new students.

Marketing

1. Plan and execute advertising and promotion concepts that are aligned to the Business Development Plan.

2. Social Media – content planning, design creatives, and mange publication of all SFMS official social media accounts to increase brand awareness.

3. Ensure compliance of corporate branding and positioning.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Experienced applicants will be considered for Senior Executive position.
• Proficient in photo/video-editing software and has prior experience in professional video and photo-taking
• Social media creatives.

Job Title: Project Sales Executive – 1 year contract (ID1323)
Location: Chinatown
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.45am to 5.45pm
Salary: $3050 - $3750
Allowance: $800 per month (if candidate possess a vehicle but it is not a prerequisite)

Job Description:
• Source for early projects leads through various channels eg. BCI, cold calls and make sales presentations.
• Work on price proposals and tenders for direct projects.
• Responsible to handle the full tender process in a timely manner from samples viewing and mock-ups to submission of tender documents and attend tender interviews.
• Follow up on changes in specifications and revisions of pricing.
• Project coordination upon securing of projects.
• Attend regular contractors’ site meetings for each direct project, which is part of
• the project obligation and resolve any site issues that arise.
• Respond promptly to all IP calls for meetings, presentations, samples, specifications work from architects and developers.
• Answer in-coming calls on sales enquiries from project customers.
• Maintain and build good business relationships with project customers like developers, architects, interior designers and main contractors.
• Review contracts for supply of products, coordinate performance bonds with Accounting department.
• Coordinate with Projects Operations to prepare and submit progress claims to meet the customer’s deadlines and coordinate with Accounting department.
• Prepare projects sales forecasts.
• Responsible to quote on time to dealers for their projects as and when requested.
• Support Singapore Retail Sales as required

Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in marketing / business or relevant field
• Possess 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales or marketing with good track records in working with developers, architectural and designer firms.
