• Partner closely with Administrative Business Partners (ABPs), Strategy and Operations Lead, and APAC Communication leads to execute processes to support the business and leaders.
• To support Director to focus his time on meaningful priorities.
• To liaise with internal and external parties on all company and personal matters.
• Prioritize correspondences and emails on behalf of the Director.
• To assist with personal errands/assignments for Executive Director as and when required.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Business Support Executive – Projects / Woodlands [3770]

Basic Salary: $2300 + Allowances $250 + AWS + PB
Working Days: 5.5 days, Rotation on Saturdays – alternate WFH and WFO arrangement)
Working hours: Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm, Sat: 8am – 12pm

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team on their key account enquiries and activities.
• Assist Head of Sales on export enquiries and costing
• Prepare quotations for ad-hoc enquiries.
• Logging in blanket sales order, executing order processing and order fulfilment task.
• Coordinating deliveries with relevant internal departments
• Ensuring sufficient inventories for project delivery
• Ensuring sufficient collaterals available
• Communicating with external customers for cash sales and payments
• Other relevant ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.
