Responsibilities:

· Plan, organise and set up site and sequential job planning for the smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives.

· Manage construction activities and progress independently.

· Carry out resource planning for project such as site staff and workers, subcontractors and to ensure their effective deployment.

· Attend project meeting, project team meeting and updates on progress.

· Control materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.

· Manage all site staff and subcontractor schedule.

· Ensure adequate quality control measures either via on-site/off-site inspection and all completion/pre-handover inspections.

· Check the approved /correct materials are used within specifications/certifications submitted, recorded and approved by vetting Singapore Agencies.

· Proactively identifies changes in project scope and ensures appropriate measures are taken

· Administers Submittal Review process between Subcontractors/Suppliers and design team.

Requirements

· Able to understand electrical drawing, specifications and requirements skills and experience required.

· Degree in Electrical engineering or diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

· Worked in on A & A projects and/or Design and Build in various type of projects with different nature.

· Technically competent across the full range of electrical systems, ELV System, Project Lighting, Building Intelligent System and relevant skill set and competencies.

· Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.

· Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS.

· Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to exec ute work Excellent time management and teamwork skills.

Overall Objective:

The Project Engineers will be responsible for leading and managing projects for security equipment installation, testing, commissioning and system programming in accordance to required standards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct projects and ensure they are directed towards a common objective
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to deliver project milestones and comply with strict deadlines
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client
• Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baseline budget and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction
• Coordinate activities of the project teams through task delegation, resource assignment and programme management
• Ensure proper documentation is in order
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field
• Preferably with 2 years’ relevant work experience, or entry level candidates in relevant field of study
• Good communicator with excellent coordination skills
• Ultra-sensitive to deadlines and capable of good resource planning
• Basic technical knowledge on ELV, Automation, Networking and Security Systems (CCTV, Card Access, Alarm System) will be an advantage
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills
• Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
• Class 3 license required

Responsibilities:

• Project deployment for customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.

• Work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.

• Execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery.

• Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement

• Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved. Assisting the Customer in the verification, isolation and/or provision of a temporary work around for the incident/problem logged.

• Diagnose and rectify technical issues.

• Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively.

• Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents. Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports.

• Perform standby duties if required.

Requirements:

• Possess Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation

• Be customer and service oriented, positive working attitude.

• Possess CCNA / CCNP certification

• Good Knowledge of following products will be advantageous: Cisco switches, IXIA, NTP, SMS Gateway, Data Diode, F5, Solarwinds

• ITIL certification will be an added advantage
