Responsibilities:

1. Identify and drive strategic projects around Airwallex’s financial crime risk mitigation framework
2. Take a data driven approach to problem solving
3. Work across functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and deliver desired outcomes
4. Prepare and update materials covering divisional performance and project progress, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks and dependencies
5. Handle special projects and ad hoc incoming requests, including deep dives on issues identified by leadership or functional teams

Who you are

Minimum qualifications:

1. 6-8 years of experience, preferably with a fast growing tech startup or top-tier strategy/management consulting or equivalent

Purpose of the role

A successful Business Development Manager can create and maintain a strong network in the supply chain community, both digitally and in person. The BDM can drive revenue by seeing gaps in the supply chain of our potential customers and making sure these gaps are addressed by our software platform and/or consultancy services. Our target markets are Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines and you feel comfortable in those markets.

Experience

You will have 4 to 5 years' experience in a commercial role in either the supply chain or the B2B software industry. You're able to close deals by yourself or in a team. Use of professional social media and lead generation tools is a standard in our daily work routine.

- Handle annual performance appraisal activities

- Familiar and up to-date with MOM regulation & MOH guideline on Covid-19 situation

Job Requirement:

- Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Procurement related field strongly preferred
