As a Corporate Finance Advisor at UltraCapital, you will play a crucial role in connecting clients with the most suitable corporate financing options and guiding them through the application process. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and match them with appropriate financing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their financial requirements, including home loans, personal loans, business loans, and more.

Market Research: Stay updated with current lending products, interest rates, and lending policies to offer the most accurate and relevant information to clients.

Loan Structuring: Assess client financial situations and recommend suitable financing structures, including facilities amounts, tenures, and interest rates.

Application Assistance: Assist clients in completing financing applications and gather the necessary documentation required by lending institutions.

Lender Negotiation: Work on behalf of clients to negotiate the best financing terms, interest rates, and repayment conditions with various lending institutions.

Compliance: Ensure that all loan processes adhere to Singaporean financial regulations and policies.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients throughout the financing process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Pipeline Management: Effectively manage your pipeline, keeping track of application status and follow-ups to ensure timely loan disbursement.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.

This position aims to provide transformational support to internationally active banks operating in the Southeast Asia (SEA) Region in the Financial Services Industry. You will work alongside our clients to help them to carry out transformation processes in a merger environment to make decisions and implement solutions through driving business value through execution and implementation.

You will work across all key segments within banking and drive the latest and best-in-class transformation narrative for our banking sector clients across SEA. Typical engagements which you could be involved in include:

• Accompanying the business model and operational transformation challenges in the context of bank mergers, incl. complex program management
• Launch of a new target operating model and post-merger business model for large financial institutions

You will support our clients in their transformation journey by:

Requirements:

If you are someone with:

• Tertiary qualification from a well ranked institution.
• At least 12 years of working experience in the Consulting Industry and Financial Services Industry, with focus on Core Banking and complex transformation programs.
• Has achieved success in developing businesses with leading players in the Financial Services Industry and/or growing a consulting practice in both team and revenue.
• Extensive know-how and Financial Services experience with deep knowledge across the complete products and services spectrum in Core Banking and Insurance.
• Deep knowhow about end to end processes in Financial Services in Banking area.
• Experience leading strategy, definition, and implementation with these areas:

o Merger and post-merger environment of an internationally active bank

o Design of Target Operating Models within internationally operating banks

o Implementation of new banking propositions and services

o Target Operating Model-led transformation to enable key drivers of change in banking (customer centricity, digitalization, growth, efficiency, regulatory change)

• Advanced and demonstrated experience in operational project management.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum/ Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Human-centered design thinking, logical structuring, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in excel and PowerPoint usage to present recommendations to clients and to ensure a stakeholder-adequate communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills showcasing executive presence with demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders.
