Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in change management or organizational development, with experience in multinational environments.
• Proven experience in successfully driving change within complex business settings.
• Proficiency in change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR), and best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to influence and foster engagement at all organizational levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in assessing change readiness and managing interventions.
