THE ROLE: Executive, Academic Planning and Support Office (APSO)

Kaplan Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Executive to join our Academic Planning and Support Office team. As part of the APSO team, you will play an essential role in ensuring efficient and effective scheduling of classes, meetings, and resources across our programs.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in Projects for Continuous Process Improvement

  • Be familiar with the automated routines for room bookings and understanding the impact of varying parameters and settings.
  • Maximize utilization of classroom resources by:
    • Proactively managing room bookings and demand to ensure the best fit and balance of room size according to number of persons.
    • Reducing the need to outsource rooms and external spaces through active room swaps and liaison with other stakeholders.
    • Reducing facilities management costs through room swaps and advising in any short notice changes.
  • Publish classroom schedules and latest timetables to lecturers and/or students as determined by programs.
  • Liaise with program managers to gather scheduling requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate the allocation of rooms and equipment to ensure optimal utilization of classrooms resources and.
